Very clean and good price and location

The bluewater lodge is the cleanness of all the backpacker hotel around that beach. They are all own by the Bamboo traveler but this one is the cleaness of them all.

LIKE HELL AND RUDE STAFF！

We booked the hostel for 3 nights, but there isn't one night we can fall asleep. We stayed in the hotel during the cyclone season, no power, no light, no AC at night, even they had the generator, but they dont want to turn it on. The thing is that we paid for the AC room, they have no explaination for that. Poisonous bed bugs everywhere, I was bitten by the bugs during the night and went serious infection and itchy, then I had to call the taxi at 6 am to the hospital to take emergency injection then I felt better, this cost me a lot. When I come back to the reception(bamboo) asking for changing a room, the staffs were not trying to solve the problrm, their attitude pissed me off! There were two women there and they tried to avoid me and talking in fijian first about my complain butI understand the main idea is they ony have one single room and they dont want to change the room for me, After that , They started to question me that I am telling lie because they insist that have no bugs in hotel and I bring the bugs from some wherelse places.Unbelieveble bad people without conscience! I was healthy and fine until I moved to there. The reception staffs were very rude and unprofessional especially the chubby young woman with strong make up, red lipstick, this was the worst experience ever in FIJI. If u want to suffer in hell, go there!
