The most wonderful beach just twenty steps away

The boathouse is a brand new extension of Nanuya Island resort (which has plenty of good reviews with nice bungalows) and is just adjacent to the resort, sharing the same restaurant, beach and offers. The facility is a two level building with nice affordable rooms with private bathrooms, although there are also few dorms available. It's not a five-star, small finesses are missing, but it is nevertheless good value for money and the paint has almost not dried. It's smells new. The sales manager Lauren lives with her husband (the GM) on the resort and she and everybody else of the staff makes sure you feel welcome and at home. No foodpackages, and the continental breakfast is included in the price. It's all a la carte from there. The top score is however the beach. It is super long white perfect sand and at "the point" you have great snorkelling. Half of the beach is owned by the Blue Lagoon resort (on another nere by island), but they only claim it on Tuesdays. All other days you can just enjoy this wonderful beach. Another beauty of it is that you can walk around the island during low tide, if you don't mind a couple of hours walk. Stop by at Auntie Lo's thé-house and have chocolate cake. The resort is a quiet place, not much to do in the evenings and not for backpackers. This is more "grown ups".
